Day by Day

Day 1

Nairobi - Samburu Game Reserve

Depart Nairobi as early as 0800 hours for Samburu Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Take a swim in the pool or have a short rest before your afternoon game drive starts. Explore the park and see elephants, as well as other game animals like zebras, giraffes, and with a bit of luck also lions and leopards.

Day 2

Full day Samburu Game Reserve

This day will be spent touring this amazing game reserve, with game drives in the morning and afternoon. You can also choose to go on cultural excursions in the surrounding area. Samburu Game Reserve has a variety of attractions. The Samburu tribe, who are also pastoralists, live there. The Ewaso Nyiro River, which flows along the southern boundary, is home to crocodiles and hippo, as well as a variety of other species that come to drink during the day. Buffalo, leopard, lion, cheetah, Grevy's zebra, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe, and other plains wildlife are common in Samburu.

Day 3

Samburu - Nairobi

This day will begin with an early morning game drive, followed by a return to the lodge for breakfast. Later, check out and travel for Nairobi, with a lunch break along the road, arriving in the late afternoon. Drop off at the hotel or airport for your trip back home.
