Day by Day

Nairobi - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Depart Nairobi as early as 0800 hours for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, stopping briefly at the equator crossing. This is an imaginary line that splits the world into two halves: north and south. There is a large sign where you can take a photo indicating you have crossed the equator, then continue your journey and arrive in time for lunch. You will go in the afternoon for a game viewing drive in the conservancy. Return to the camp for a wonderful buffet meal, followed by ample time for resting at the camp/lodge

Full day Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, depart on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. The reserve is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including all five of the Big Five (elephant, rhino, lion, leopard, and buffalo), as well as other species. The conservancy also offers a specific refuge for rare and endangered animals such as the black rhino, Grevy's zebra, Jackson's hartebeest, and Chimpanzees.
