Day by Day

Nairobi - Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Depart Nairobi as early as 0800 hours for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, stopping briefly at the equator crossing. This is an imaginary line that splits the world into two halves: north and south. There is a large sign where you can take a photo indicating you have crossed the equator, then continue your journey and arrive in time for lunch. You will go in the afternoon for a game viewing drive in the conservancy. Return to the camp for a wonderful buffet meal, followed by ample time for resting at the camp/lodge.

Full Day Ol Pejeta Conservancy

This day is dedicated to a full exploration of the exotic Ol Pejeta Sweetwaters Conservancy with two extensive game runs (morning and evening game drive). The Conservancy boasts an astounding variety of animals including all the “Big Five” (the endangered black rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and lion). The combination of amazing wildlife and stunning views across the open plains of Ol Pejeta guarantees an unforgettable safari experience.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, you will say goodbye to Ol Pejeta and depart for Lake Nakuru, stopping for lunch along the way because it is a long journey. After lunch, you will go to Lake Nakuru for an evening wildlife drive till sunset, where you will have the opportunity to see and photograph a variety of animals. You'll also go to the scenic observation hill, commonly known as the baboon cliff, from which you can overlook the lake from a vantage position. Following the game drives, you will be returned to camp for rest and dinner.

Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara Game Reserve

Eat an early breakfast, visit Lake Nakuru Park and then make your way to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will drive past the rift valley escarpment before turning west and stopping at the Masai town of Narok. Continue towards the Masai Mara, arriving in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive. Mara holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras, and attendant predator

Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve

Enjoy early morning breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive into the wilderness and vast wild savannah. Enjoy searching the Big Five of Africa which are lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalo with our very own skilled guide. Lunch will be served as a picnic lunch in the wild. Thereafter, enjoy game drives until late in the evening. Then return to the lodge/camp for dinner.

Mara - Nairobi

Check out of your hotel after enjoying your morning breakfast at leisure and depart for Nairobi. You may choose to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. ($30pp). Thereafter, proceed to Nairobi for your onwards travel arrangements.
